Wet Paint Factory specialises in photo production and post-production for luxury, based in Paris.
For over 15 years, our team has supported houses such as Chanel, Guerlain, Lancôme and Zadig & Voltaire with their visual productions: fragrance and cosmetics, watchmaking and jewellery, fashion, beauty retouching.
Our team brings together photography, retouching and art direction. Every project stays in the same hands, from brief to delivery.
Every project is run as a genuine production: scoping the need, quoting, shoot and retouching schedule, coordination of teams and suppliers, through to delivery on the agreed deadlines and formats. This production capability is what lets us take a project from its initial scoping to final delivery, with no surprises.
A team of eight, an address in Paris, and one point of contact who knows the project from end to end. Before the first shot, the scope is set: number of images, formats, level of finish, schedule. The quote and schedule are validated with you, then we hold to that framework through to delivery.Learn more about our production management
Artificial intelligence is one of our tools. We use it with the same standard as the rest of our work, in service of the image, never as a promise of automation.

Ever since I was little, computers and images have gone hand in hand for me. At twelve, I took apart my first computer, a Pentium 100. I have always thought in images: through drawing first, then cinema, a specialisation I chose at the start of high school, which concert photography soon replaced, before landscape photography. All that time, I cultivated my interest in computing and in Photoshop, which I started using with version 3.
I then chose a BTS in photography (a two-year French vocational diploma) to strengthen my technical foundations. I worked as a photo assistant, then as a junior photographer, in several studios. With that experience behind me, I went freelance in 2009, to offer two services: photo retouching, and digital assistance on shoots.
I created Wet Paint Factory, and very quickly needed a team. Today it brings together photography, retouching and art direction. The same crossover still guides our work: the photographer's eye and mastery of the computer tool.
